Elia N Shikongo (Chairperson)
Elia Shikongo is a prominent Namibian lawyer. He holds a B.A. LLB degree from the University of Cape Town and is also the principal of Shikongo Law Chambers, an indigenous law firm based in Windhoek.
Mr. Shikongo serve on several boards of companies such as the Ancillary Mineral Rights Commission, Namibia Wildlife Resorts (former Chairman) and Seaflower Whitefish (Chairman). He is admitted as a legal practitioner and Notary of the High Court and Supreme Court of the Republic of Namibia and has been the President of the Law Society of Namibia until 2005.
Brynard J. Kotze (Director)
Brynard Kotze, is borne in the south of Namibia and an architect by profession in Walvis Bay. He received his B.Arch.Stud. and B.Arch degrees at the University of the Free State in South Africa. He is also a member of the Namibia Institute of Architects as well as the Namibian Council for Architects and Quantity Surveyors.
He is well experienced in the field of project management and also one of the key initiators of this business initiative as well as one of the founding partners of Dolphin Village Consultants Group, a well-established group in the development of land.
Hinky I Theodore (Director)
Hinky Theodore, a born Namibian and co-founder of Falcon Investment (PTY) LTD. He is an accountant by profession and currently the chief internal auditor at the Bank of Namibia. He also held the position of finance manager at the same institution. Mr. Theodore obtained the qualifications of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) at Emile Woolf College of Accountancy (UK) and the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) at the London School of Accountancy (UK). In addition he holds a Diploma in Finance and Management Accounting (UK).
He is a trustee of the Bank of Namibia Pension Provident Fund, member of Polytechnic of Namibia Accounting Advisory Committee and an alternate member to the Public Accountants’ Auditors’ Board (PAAB).
Werner P Burger (Director)
Werner Burger is a Namibian and leading businessman from Grootfontein. He studied at the Technikon of Pretoria where he received his Diploma in General Management.
He is one of the founding members and General Manager of Elritz Plastics and is well experienced in the professional day-to-day management business practices. Mr. Burger is also a co-founder of Dolphin Village Consultants Group and was instrumental in the establishment of the group.
Festus Francisco Hangula (Director)
Festus Francisco Hangula is a financial specialist with substantial investment and administrative skills. As a fellow of the Macro Economic and Financial Institute of East and Southern Africa (MEFMI), he regularly conducts investment courses in Namibia and regionally. His recent engagements were in Botswana, Malawi, Namibian and Tanzania. Mr Hangula holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration obtained cum laude at Concordia College in the USA and an MBA in Finance jointly awarded by the Manchester Business School and the University of Wales in the UK.
He served as a Trustee of the Bank of Namibia Provident Fund, Bankmed Namibia Board of Trustees, Trustee and Chairman of FNB Namibia Pension Fund, Director and Chairman of NamClear, and member of Investment Committee of FNB Holdings. He served other public institutions as an investment advisor.
His employment history includes Senior Manager: Financial Markets, Manager: Financial Markets, and Senior Dealer at Bank of Namibia. More recently, he served as Treasurer of FNB Namibia. Mr Hangula served as Commissioner of the Namibian Competition Commission and CEO of the Social Security Commission of Namibia. He has recently been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of NamPost.
Natasha Ahrens (CEO)
Natasha Ahrens has destinguished herself as a specialist in administrative management. She studied at the Stellenbosch College for a National (Commerce) Secretarial Dilpoma and subsequently obtain her N4 and N5 qualifications. In 2006 Ahrens obtained a National Diploma in Human Resources at the SA Technicon / UNISA. She has honed her skills at various institutions including the municipality of Walvis Bay as well as establishing her own administrative services business before joining PhinCon Enterprises.
